This update includes the latest Breeder & Commercial Performance Objectives along with Nutritional Specifications.

To achieve optimal performance, turkeys need access to high quality feed of the correct specification. The ATL App sets out nutrient specifications for both B.U.T. and Nicholas Breeds; it also provides commercial and breeder operations with information designed to support our customers achieving the performance objectives with their birds.

Another function of the App is the ‘Date Finder’, which instantly provides key production dates and determines the age of a flock, based on a selected calendar date. These functions are intended to support app users in planning essential production events.

Along with the ‘Date Finder’, the App also gives users the option of receiving reminder notifications. If the user opts to receive such notifications, the App will send reminders about key tasks that need to be performed in the days before and after poult delivery. Carrying out these tasks will help maximise bird health and welfare, and ensure optimal poult performance.

The App’s financial calculator estimates margins of the user’s commercial flock. These margins can be used to estimate or benchmark future profits, supporting customers in achieving maximum returns.

The App also provides easy access to a measurement conversion tool; this contains all the units of measure most often used in the field, helping to make everyday tasks quicker and easier to perform.
