Mmmm, Chinese style turkey dish

Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Skinless Turkey Breast.
  • 3 onions.
  • 40g of butter.
  • 1 spoon of oil.
  • 3 onions sliced.
  • 1 red bell pepper or a large tomato according to your preference.
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • 5cl of soy sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika.
  • 1 tablespoon mustard.
  • Pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Water.

 

How to make it

  1. Wrap the turkey breast in a cloth and boil in hot, non-salted water for 3 minutes.
  2. Cut in bite pieces.
  3. Brown the meat pieces in butter and oil in a pan on the hob.
  4. Take them out and keep for later.
  5. Brown the onions in the meat juice on the hob.
  6. Add the meat.
  7. Add the red bell pepper (or the tomato) cut in small pieces.
  8. Add garlic.
  9. Add 5cl of soy sauce.
  10. Teaspoon of paprika.
  11. Tablespoon of mustard.
  12. Add salt and pepper.
  13. Add 1 glass of water and let simmer for 45 minutes.
