Ingredients
- 1 Kg Skinless Turkey Breast.
- 3 onions.
- 40g of butter.
- 1 spoon of oil.
- 3 onions sliced.
- 1 red bell pepper or a large tomato according to your preference.
- 1 clove of garlic.
- 5cl of soy sauce.
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika.
- 1 tablespoon mustard.
- Pinch of salt and pepper.
- Water.
How to make it
- Wrap the turkey breast in a cloth and boil in hot, non-salted water for 3 minutes.
- Cut in bite pieces.
- Brown the meat pieces in butter and oil in a pan on the hob.
- Take them out and keep for later.
- Brown the onions in the meat juice on the hob.
- Add the meat.
- Add the red bell pepper (or the tomato) cut in small pieces.
- Add garlic.
- Add 5cl of soy sauce.
- Teaspoon of paprika.
- Tablespoon of mustard.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add 1 glass of water and let simmer for 45 minutes.
